How we get started

When it comes to real estate financing in Berlin, or anywhere else, any steps to take can seem overwhelming – especially when applying for a mortgage with BlueCard. But don’t worry, together we master all challenges!

Nowadays, the simplest solution to a problem often seems to be the Internet. I’m happy to explain why this is not the case when it comes to your home loan or any other financing.

Many offers with little value
If you google “mortgage loan”, you’ll get hundreds of thousands search results. That’s not particularly motivating, let’s be honest.

So, what do you do – you choose a few, sporadically compare them and select a supposedly suitable offer from this small pool. Does that mean this offer is the best? Certainly not. Therefore, it can get…

Because the selected offer is a generic, “off-the-shelf” solution, it is not tailored to your situation, wishes and ideas. Apart from the fact that this financing can be inherently more expensive, the lack of customization can also lead to higher costs down the road.
